Built by the trades, for the trades.
11 years of building field service software hand-in-hand with the contractors who depend on it every day. This isn't a side project — it's our life's work.
Our story
Jordan Harris grew up in the trades — working for his uncle's service company doing everything from IT to billing to riding along with techs to understand what they actually needed from their software. Ian Barrick grew up programming, building things on a computer long before he knew it would become a career. They met in a Calculus 3 class at Florida State University in 2012, and the idea for ServiSuite started there.
By 2014, they were building a mobile app and dispatch board to integrate with Citron, a legacy field service platform that had been in the industry for 30 years. In 2016, they struck a deal to take over Citron's customer base — starting with two sizable companies — and began building out full all-in-one functionality to match and then surpass the legacy system's capabilities.
Over the next five years, the platform grew dramatically: a complete mobile app rewrite, CRM, real-time accounting, a payroll overhaul, and dozens of features driven directly by the contractors using it every day.
But by 2022, customer requests were pushing past what the inherited legacy schema could support. Rather than patch it, Jordan and Ian made the call to rebuild from scratch. ServiSuite 2.0 launched in early 2026 — a ground-up rewrite built on everything they'd learned over a decade of doing this the hard way.

What we stand for.
Three principles that guide everything we build.
Partnership
Built with real contractors, not in a vacuum. Every feature exists because someone in the field needed it — and told us so.
Reliability
Your business runs on our software, and we take that seriously. Uptime, data integrity, and performance aren't negotiable — they're the baseline.
No BS
Honest software, honest pricing, honest support. We don't hide behind jargon, lock features behind tiers, or make promises we can't keep.
The people behind ServiSuite.
A small, focused team building software that powers real businesses every day.
